What Information Do We Collect?

The following are examples of information we collect and/or you provide and how it is used and stored. We will not sell, share or rent information gathered through our online media in ways different from what is disclosed here. Credit card information is never stored in our store or online databases. 


Visiting Our Stores

When you visit our store and choose to provide your name, phone and/or email, we may use this information to:

When you register or make a purchase online, some of the information we collect during in-store purchases may be merged with your online account activity. The "My Account" section of our website will display your basic customer information listed above as well as online data such as:

Automatically Collected Information Anonymous, non-personally identifiable information such as your IP address, domain server, type of computer, type of web browser, and addresses of referring sites, also known as "traffic data," may be collected and used to diagnose problems with our server and administer our sites. We do not have access or control over these cookies. These third parties use session ID cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site, in order for you to use the shopping cart.

Our third party advertising partner employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers' personally identifiable information.

Special Offers and Promotions

We may send promotional emails or newsletters to our customers who have opted in via our newsletter sign-up or promotional entries. On each of these communications we allow you the option of 'opting out' or 'unsubscribe' from all future promotional mailings. We provide you the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you may email us at [email protected], please include your name and email address in the message. When you make a purchase on our website, our in-house Customer Service department may need to contact you via phone or e-mail to address questions specific to your order even if you opted not to receive communications from us.

Updating or Correcting Personally Identifiable Information

We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.

Social Media Widgets

Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook button and Widgets, such as the Twitter button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
