Shipping Information

Babette's Furniture is a full service furniture company that prides itself on having the best delivery teams in the area. You can expect white glove service no matter what you purchase.

White Glove service entails:

• Two gentlemen dressed in Babette's uniforms will arrive at your home with your new furniture
• They will inspect the area of placement
• They will review your order with you
• They will wipe down your furniture
• Your merchandise will be carefully inspected at our distribution center then padded when it's loaded onto our trucks because we want to ensure it arrives in good condition.

Our delivery team can take payment at the time of delivery. You will be able to pay by cash or check or for your convenience and protection we can accept: Visa, Mastercard or Discover with a secured and highly incripted credit card machine. We fully expect you will be impressed with these gentlemen and encourage you to provide feedback with reguard to your delivery experience.

• Deliveries may be scheduled at the time of purchase or, in the case of special orders, when your merchandise arrives at our distribution center.
• We give you the opportunity to select the date of delivery, however we reserve the right to select the two hour timeframe for delivery.
• We are unable to accommodate time requests at this time.
• Pricing is for Standard Local Delivery Tuesday through Saturday.
• If you are not able to receive the merchandise and must reschedule please note that there will be a $35 cancellation assessed fee. This will be waived if we are notified at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled delivery date.
• Please ensure that your home is ready to receive your new merchandise by having the room cleared in the area where you intend to place your new furniture.
• Our delivery team is not experienced electronic technicians; therefore we do not install electronic equipment into entertainment centers or office furniture.
• On the day before your delivery our warehouse staff will call to give you with a two hour window. Please confirm that you are available during this time or we will need to reschedule.

You may pick up your items are our Distribution Center. Make this selection at check out by choosing the "pick-up" option.

We reserve the right to refuse to load customer merchandise if we determine it may result in injuries or property damage.

It is your responsibility to properly secure merchandise into your vehicle.

We will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to merchandise to or any vehicle during the loading or transportation of the customer's merchandise.
