Babette's Furniture is a full service furniture company that prides itself on having the best delivery teams in the area. You can expect white glove service no matter what you purchase.
With white glove service, you can rest assured that your merchandise is thoroughly inspected at our distribution center upon its arrival, then heavily padded and loaded onto our trucks. When our delivery team arrives at your home, they will review your order with you, place the furniture where you choose and wipe it down completely of any dust or lint it acquired in transition. Please note that our delivery men are not experienced electronic technicians; therefore we cannot install any electronics into entertainment units or office furniture.
Our delivery team is equipped to take payments at the time of delivery. Cash, check and credit (Visa, Mastercard and Discover) are accepted. Our delivery team is truly one-of-a-kind. We fully expect you will be impressed with these gentlemen and we encourage you to provide feedback in regards to your delivery experience.
Deliveries may be scheduled at the time of purchase or, in the case of special orders, when your merchandise arrives at our distribution center. At this time, our delivery coordinator will contact you to schedule the day you wish your furniture to be delivered. The afternoon prior to delivery, you will be contacted and given a small two-hour window of when our truck will arrive at your house. If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule delivery, we ask for 24 hour notice, otherwise there is a $35 cancellation fee.

You may pick up your items are our Distribution Center Monday through Friday 9am – 3:00pm.

Babette’s reserves the right to refuse loading customer merchandise if we determine it may result in injuries or property damage.
It is your responsibility to properly secure merchandise into your vehicle.
Babette’s is not responsible for any damage to or loss of merchandise or damage to any vehicle during merchandise loading or transportation.
